  What will Old Sevier Market be like?

   We will be a full service market that will have everything a household needs at competitive prices to big stores. How we accomplish this in a smaller footprint is simple. Less choices on basic goods like paper towels for instance. We will carry Bounty. Not Bounty AND Brawny. That saves shelf space. Less choices on the simple stuff means a killer selection on stuff like olive oils and other food products that you can unlock your creativity in the kitchen. 

   Our Management team will be incredible! We will find very bright people with years of experience and success that WANT to be a part of something special. The core team will be 4 strong people. A General Manager, a Grocery Manager, an Assistant Manager, and a Front Manager to process transactions with the squad. These guys will be backed up by Chris Morton with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service role. The team will execute the mission statement and keep pushing the vision forward. Procure. Curate. Create.

   The 5000 sq ft sales floor will be bursting with energy and top notch products, BUT we will also carry the staples for families of four that don't necessarily want to buy the local farms proteins like steaks and ground lamb. In our freezer case will be ground beef, chicken, steaks etc...  Across the store we will have 2 price points. That is again possible by having less selection of brands. Tyson Chicken breasts not Tyson AND Purdue. You get the point. This also will create a faster and more enjoyable shopping experience.
